Fela - Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Fela application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

Fela is a dynamic fitness community platform designed for users to share fitness tips and experiences, and connect with like-minded fitness enthusiasts. Users can access community lists, initiate voice calls, and freely post content related to the community.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content you post within the App.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App.
• You must not post any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
• You must not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• You must not use the App for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

4. Limitations of Liability

Fela is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. You use the App at your own risk.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post within the App. However, by posting content, you grant Fela a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and display your content within the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, are owned by Fela or its licensors. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
